What are the times that ticket holders will be permitted to enter the event?
VIP ticket holders may enter at 5pm – one hour before the general admission ticket holders will be permitted to enter at 6pm.
Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?
Yes. You must be 21+ to enter our event. You MUST show a valid drivers license or other form of identification to be admitted to the event. ID will be checked for all attendees.
Are there designated driver tickets available to the event?
Yes. They are $20 and include food that will be served as well as access to the auction/raffle . Attendees who have designated driver tickets will not be permitted to consume any alcohol at the event.
What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?
We encourage all attendees who will be consuming alcohol to either make arrangements to use Uber or Lyft for their transportation, or have someone drop you off and pick you up.
If you have driven to the event and feel you should not drive home, we will make arrangements to get you an Uber or Lyft home.
There is limited free parking FOR VIP TICKET HOLDERS available in the EIC lot.
- You will be required to show your VIP ticket to enter the EIC parking lot.
Paid parking is available nearby at the PPG Paints Arena parking lot is right across the street.

What’s the refund policy?
Because our ticket fees pay for the venue and the rest to CFF we cannot offer refunds.
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
This is helpful for check-in but we can also check your name on the registration list at the door.
Is my registration fee or ticket transferrable?

Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn’t match the person who attends?
As long as they haven’t checked in already. It would be best to contact us to work out the details if possible.

What are the Covid -19 protocols for entry to the event?
We will be following the Allegheny County Covid-19 recommendations which are in place at the time of the event.
